In 2.21 there is a setting for change, but it is locked
Or can someone tell me how to down the BIOS version?

Hello, faced with such a problem: 
On my laptop PB EasyNote TE11HC there is a gt710m video adapter, but it is defined as GF117, because of this it is not possible to install the driver above version 346.xx. Can you help me with this problem? Is it possible to modify BIOS somehow?

hi there. i picked up this old laptop locked with a bios password. i would like to change settings to install linux mint but stuck at the password screen. ive tried flashing the latest firmware from the packard bell website but still cant get past the password prompt.

laptop specs

firmware file i successfully updated the bios with Q5WV1221.exe (version v2.21)
