You can see a bios file that names dump.rom in the same directory.
Attach it.

Copy dump2.rom to the same directory where the fptw64.exe stored

can i know where is "fptw64.exe" stored?

Return to operation system and try to run flash.bat as administrator to flash modded bios.

where to find "flash.bat" file?
