Hmm, the website for my motherboard only goes up to p1.40. is this an official firmware or a complete custom?

The two BIOSes I linked to are the ones from the xbmc-forum you posted above with custom logo and dell slic 2.1 as grubia wrote thereover...

True. But that isnt the machine i have, i just have the motherboard
which is located on this product page http://www.asrock.com/MB/download.asp?Model=A330ION&o=BIOS
with no higher bios revision then 1.40

This product is a box around the mainboard you have... hmm, but Asrock gives an 8Mb-BIOS to the mainboard but a 4Mb.chip to the box... I'll have to search around for some more information...

Maybe someone of my colleagues can help... The mainboard itself gets an 8Mb-chip with a 512kb flash, the Box gets a 4 Mb-chip with an 1024kb flash! So it is different for real and the attached file has to be modified with a picture...
