[REQUEST] eMachines EL1850(G) (G41T-AD) BIOS Unlock
#1
I am new so plz take it easy on me if I did something wrong here lol. Ok i have a locked emachines el-1850-01e AMI bios with an emachines/acer mobo (cpu-z says acer aspire x1900 for some reason) and the bios version is P01-A4. I need to get a bios that is compatible for the mobo I have and one that is completely unlocked for OC purposes. If anyone has a working modded bios for me, that would be awesome! Thanks in advance guys.

I am also interested in having this bios unlocked and have attached a copy of the bios that I have.

This bios is for an emachine EL1850-01e that I have been modifying just to see how much performance I can get out of it. So far I have added a Sapphire HD 7750 low profile video card. Upgraded the cpu to a Intel e6800 processor at 3.33 GHZ. Upgraded the hard drive to a Samsung 840 120GB SSD. The WEI is: Processor 6.6, Memory 6.6, Graphics 7.4, Gaming graphics 7.4, Hard disk 7.3. The FSB is holding up the CPU and Mem performance and I am interested to see if I can do anything to improve the performance further using an unlocked bios. The motherboard is made by ECS and the model number, G4IT-AD, is custom for emachines. Everything is running on the stock 220 Watt power supply which surprises me.

I NEED A P150HM NOW!

Someone should create a database with the Manufacturer vs. original BIOS/motherboard Manufacturer matching system. So that users can flash their BIOS, hopefully non-restricted from the original manufacturer. For instance I have an emachines EL1850-UR11P with an Intel G41T-AD V:1.0. motherboard (AMI). If I could identify which motherboard codename is used on the AMI website, maybe I could obtain better firmware; however, who knows if it's an Apollo, Atlas, Baby, Excalibur, etc... If anyone has some insight on this, I would greatly appreciate your response...
