Yes, "No enough Space" error comes on all Bios with Intel OROM 10.6. (Intel + Marvel OROM enabled)

Let use test Intel OROM 9.6 and 8.7.

My first prio is the Intel OROM.
eSATA support (Marvell) it's not that important.


The last BIOS without NIC PXE OROM -> "No enough Space to copy PCI Option ROM [03:00:00]"
Im dont using PXE Boot, was disable on both LAN cards.

ah, okay, so the issue is when it decompresses the OROMs... gotcha. I'll put some more thought into it later. I wonder what will happen if I insert the OROM(s) in uncompressed form... I freed up space by removing the PXE OROMs so if I insert one or both of the other ROMs in uncompressed format, perhaps it won't need to try and allocate space to decompress them and will work... Let me know if you want to try it. I don't know if it will work or not.

If you don't care about Marvell RAID, I could try giving you version L75 of the non-RAID OROM for it.

Feel free to use/link/host any BIOS I post, no credit necessary. However, this is at your own risk and I take no responsibility. Always keep a backup of a known-good BIOS. Don't flash a motherboard if you don't have a backup computer just in case.

Dont need the Marvell RAID option. never used it (only for tests)

can i have BIOS with Intel 9.6 OROM and Marvell L75 non-RAID OROM (for "No enough Space" error test)

Okay, all Marvell 6161 L75. Added 10.1 into the mix because it's actually half a KB smaller than 9.6.0 and a good 34.5KB smaller than 10.6.0

all 3 Bios Versions tested

Intel and Marvell OROM working in all 3 Bios
no errors (shows right Serialnumber for my OCZ-Vertex2 3.5)

Test LAN PXE v2.1
1. Marvell 88E8052 LAN
Yukon PXE v6.15.1.3 (20070328)
PXE working

2. Marvell 88E8001 LAN
Yukon PXE v5.12.1.3 (20060316) old ?
PXE error "No enough Space to copy PCI Option ROM [09:30:00]"
for all 3 Bios Version


I think my eSATA Ports are broken. Every times im booting Linux or Windows 7, the System needs over 2min for initialisation of my WD MyBook Studio and can not access the filesystem. In Bootmenu from Marvell OROM i can see my Mybook.
Sometime's working it under Windows 7, like now.

Tanks Dansolo for all Bios-Versions.
Using now "p5k64-ws-asus-0801-imr10.6.0-mrvl75noraid.rom" and my OCZ SSD works with a Raid5 on my Intel ICH9R Controller.
The PXE boot error on my 2. LAN is not a problem. Disabled and all is fine.
