I have downloaded the new bios, but am having trouble installing it, is there some software i need as there doesnt seem to be any updating in the bios itself?

I'm Italian and i have a Packard Bell iMedia S3810 with P01-A4 bios. Is this P01-A4 modded bios right for my motherboard?

I haven't never flashed a bios, is possible have a link o a detailed guide for flashing AMI bios? I can't do something wrong...
