Samsung R518 Unlock Request. IDA on Both Cores

Hello,

This is my first post in this forums, i really like what is happening here

I kindly ask if possible to help me to unlock my bios hidden futures.
It needs to unlock Enhanced Intel SpeedStep Technology (EIST) to Enable Intel Dynamic Acceleration (IDA) on Both Cores of a Core 2 Duo T9600 processor.

Samsung Mother board R518
Bios: Phoenix
Cpu: Intel Core 2 Duo T9600, 2.8
Video: Radeon 4650
