Satellite A665 i7 740qm

I'm hoping someone can help me unlock this bios...
I'm hoping I can get into the advanced features section more and change my FSB and memory speed... I know this cpu can push more power as I watch its temp in cpu-z stay low even under max stress tests and its max TDP is 45w...
(Edited: I totally blanked and thought that this cpu had unlocked multipliers.. Doesn't. I still really want more control over my motherboard at least... FSB speed would be a dream.)
Its a Phoenix Securecore Tiano bios as far as I can tell.. I have version 1.80.
The latest according to the Toshiba website is 1.90.

It comes in an .exe file and I don't know how to extract it to view the .rom file...

Hoping someone can help me. This is really annoying that they lock it up..
Surely its possible.. *Edit: Is there any good sites or people that I can pay to have this done?*

i7 CPUs stopped using FSB, I think.

This notebook use Phoenix SecureCore Tiano BIOS. It's an UEFI based BIOS & a latest BIOS from Phoenix. It's not regular Phoenix BIOS I usually mod. When BIOS-MODS able to unlocked Insyde BIOS, this BIOS can be unlocked too since both are UEFI based BIOS.
