You already has good CPU. Only Xeon X3380 slightly better. Upgrade isn't needed.

I am trying to use the third version of your mod with a Q9550S, SLGAE but it is giving me an incompatible processor error. Do you know if your modification works with the Q9550S?

I do not have another computer to get CPU-Z screenshot for this processor. The CPUID should be 01067Ah with stepping E0. I have attached screenshot of third tab from CPU-Z for this Dell Optiplex 780 USFF with a dual-core processor.
