There was a similar problem with updating the BIOS in my sony vgn-fe21hr. I tried everything, nothing worked. And only with the help of WinPhlash, somewhere here it was in the branch, and using the BIOS from DeathBringer, everything worked out. Now works with T7400, instead of T2300E.

Hi nucklu! What version of WinPhlash do you use? Latest 32bit versions of WinPhlash (v.1.6.9.7 and v.1.7.37) get error when backup old BIOS ("Backup BIOS only" option selected)
