I am new here, just registered to thank camiloml . Thank you very much for the great work @camiloml !

I found modified/unlocked BIOS on http://www.bios-mods.com/BIOS/index.php?dir=Insyde%2F by Google Search

It works for both Satellite A300 and Satellite Pro A300. Mine is Satellite A300-1GN.

BTW It also fixed CPU speed instability problem on my A300 laptop. I don't know what was the cause as I was using v2.20-Original. CPU-Z was showing insane core speed sometimes and i was experiencing performance issues/random slowdowns, now it is stable at about 2260 Mhz and i am so happy. Thanks again!

The options on the boot tab are not changeable (besides the ones that were already there, the boot order). I have no idea if that was intended or not.

It works here! Please Use F7/F8 keys to change values for Boot settings as advised on footer (bottom section of BIOS page)
