I no longer have access to the laptop, was helping a friend with the upgrade earlier. Really appreciate the effort, even if there's any new mod, I won't be able to confirm it. Thanks.

Here you go , i used Toshiba 2.1 SLIC + Certificate Included:-
1. Copy and paste ******.XRM-MS certificate file into C-Drive.
2. After pasting this file into C-Drive, go to START - ALL PROGRAMS - ACCESSORIES - COMMAND PROMPT. Right click on Command Prompt and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.
3. When Command Prompt opens, type at the prompt: slmgr.vbs -ilc c:\********.xrm-ms and hit the Enter Button. Wait for the Script Host to answer you with a message that the license was installed successfully....this could take a few minutes and so be patient.
4. After receiving the message that the license was installed successfully, type at the command prompt:
slmgr.vbs -ipk *****-*****-*****-*****-***** (Replace with any OEM SLP Product Key for your installed version of Windows 7 , they are not hard to find).Be Patient and wait for the message to say that the Product Key was sucessfully installed. After it says successfully installed, reboot the computer.
5. When you are back at your desktop, go to START - COMPUTER - right click on Computer and choose PROPERTIES and see if it is activated with an OEM product ID.
I had to edit platform.ini and set Flag=1 under [Option], or else it would just tell me that it was the same version and exit (that way I was able to go into the options and unset checking it's a new version). Also, the flasher doesn't work if it's in a directory with spaces in the name, complains "No ROM in this directory" or something.
After doing that I removed GRUB with the SLIC loader, and booted Windows directly, used OpaTool to insert the toshinv cert, and the key, and windows says it's activated.
Strangely RW-Everything shows the SLIC table containing TOSASU instead of TOSINV, but it seems to be working (I even used slmgr to deactivate windows, and reactivate it)

Hey big oz magician!
Sadly the file on dropbox is down and there is a version 2.20 of this BIOS...
I have a L300-21C (PSLB8E-0H301VGR) and I just found out, that quite a big amount of these toshibas uses this BIOS!
I will try to find out wich models are compatible and add this info here, OK?
I just found out, that this BIOS is already SLICed! SO you just need to rename and flash the attached BIOS-file, install the right certificate and give your Satellite-system a working key...
-- added .zip with cert and *.cmd you'll need --
Sometimes you just have to try to be sure it is not working...
I am back in here as I promised! So tell me your needs!
