Toshiba Tecra A11 Bootlogo will not change

Hi there,

I got a BIOS Dump from my Tecra A11 and tried to replace the boot splash named PADDING_3.ROM
If I change it, Phoenixtool says that the replacement padding must be the same size... I do not know why... Any ideas?

Added the dump from universal bios backup tool - at the dump it show BIOS: other / ACPI 1.0

Any chance to get the original splashscreen back on it?

Got the notebook from work - old one, but this "branding" sucks hard...

EZH2O does not work. It crashes when I click on Modules -> Logo
