to mod your bios we need you to d/l and install RW Everything. after installed run the app. find and click the ACPI button. Then click the save all
button. and attach the saved file to yiour new post. thx!

Thanks for the quick reply. I am still having issues, after running SLICDump it is reporting back as bieng SLIC 2.0. See the attached image.

Are you sure you flashed the new bios to your board properly?
as that is the stock info for your bios with no changes that I am seeing there.

The default OEM info for that bios is done a pubkey by toshiba that is the 2.0
that your seeing. the cert file i included matches both the pub key and the SSv3 that I add to the bios. please recheck that you did all the steps.

1. Did you flash the new bios to your board?
2. Did you copy the cert file i included to your C drive?
3. Did you run the activation script i included? were there errors?
4. Did you run the verify script? what did it say?

Just to help out as I had the same problem with A135-S7404 and it took me a couple hours to figure it out.

Here is what I think is happening;
You had upgraded your bios to version 1.09 before f3bandit gave you the file.???
PHLash16 will not upgrade over an existing version of the same bios nor will it write an older bios ver over a newer bios with default settings (safety features)??. If you pay attention to the mesages you will see that it terminates before fully writing the bios. You need to either downgrade to a prior version then upgrade with f3bandit file or force flash from DOS .. using PHlash16 and the *.rom file; by adding /o at the end if the flash command.
