Toshiba satellite A300D-126 Unlock Bios

Hi,

I have a old laptop Toshiba satellite A300D-126 (PSAK4E) with SATA II controler and i need to unlock the "SATA MODE" option in Bios. I have a SSD 250Gb that runs in IDE mode, i made a new installation of windows 7 64bit and windows 10 64bit and still show IDE controller in the Device Manager my bios version is 2.80 (Attachement zip file last version from Toshiba Site). I found a unlock Bios "Advanced" Menu from this site but there is no option for the Sata Mode.
