Ok, I just uploaded a new version with the dependency and it now fully parses the WPH file including the cap.

The Enforcement failed is normal as either I don't know how to deal with that file properly or it's corrupt (Andy's tool says it's corrupt too I think).
The output is what I wanted to check mainly as the filenames aren't ASCII and the windows command prompt doesn't support unicode properly afaik...
