My notebooks information
HP DV6 1xxx
InsydeH20
Bios Version : F.46 Insyde
Link : http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp54501-55000/sp54629.exe

I tried some mods on this site.But no chance.
Please provide a new bios.

Ok friend,
only way is Swapping Method !!!
So Power to Security Swap + Slic 2.1 + NWL + EIST all in one (I hope It will show Power Menu Tab) :


If It will work I will do the 2nd with Advanced to Security, so You can change all values for Bios settings and return to the other Bios !
Remember that all settings are stored in NVRAM and ever You flash new Bios They will be stored there again, so You use Bioses as a Sliding Doors and can change them as You prefer !
