**URGENT** Increase Acer Aspire 4736G temperature trip

Hi.
My laptop keeps shutting down due to "overheating". However, when I used a infra-red termometre, the laptop isnt heating at all. I suspect it's due to a faulty temperature reader. Is there a way to increase the CPU trip value?

i had the same problem. already update bios to 2.08 but still getting the same problem. anybody can help?
