Unlock option to bypass nvidia optimus and choice of discrete or IGPU

Hello guys, someone know, can you unlock advanced settings and got an option to actually Disable nVidia Optimus engine and make just my discrete GT 710M working, totally bypassing Intel HD 4000?

Here my backup of bios (My bios are already unlocked advanced settings, please unlock option to disable nvidia optimus and a choice of discrete or integrated graphics bypass nvidia optimus)

Hi mate,
Your Bios is just Patched and all options are unlocked !
So please read this EFI IFR txt file and find the Option hidden yet then I will try to unlock !

Ok mate,
I suggest to try using the FalseClock Method :

Comand to execute . . .

setup_var 0x0192 0x01

Default is 0x04 = "Switchable Graphics" and now will be "Discrete Graphic" = 0x01
If You cannot get by This Method then I will try to patch the full Bios file !

Please make some screenshots of your Bios Setup Menu Tabs as I have to see
the options showed to make the modifies !
