Unfortunately Advanced Tab and Power tab cannot be unlocked using EFI shell.You can just manually change each option of these tabs.
What are options do you need?

for fan control,
ADD: i'm able to flash modded bios i flashed one time with the Sata setting enabled
the flash works and there was no errors
the bios installed successfully....

i contacted support and they tell me
your bios is not rsa signed
and you can flash modded bios
but if you doing that be careful to don't break your computer

Unfortunately time is too late now (night) so i must go to the bed.
I finish this mod at end of next day, i think.

Edit.Did you flashed modded bios dump using programmer, right?
You can get unlocked three features tomorrow.
