Update BIOS HP HDX16

Hello!!

i'm new in this forum, i'm glad to be here!

I hope you can help me with my problem, i think it's not difficult, but i'm noob with BIOS stuff, and even i've read many threads, i'm still lost!

I've this computer:

HP HDX16 1160-ES
Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 2.40GHz (64bits)
4GBRAM
Insyde EFI F.32 (10/26/2009)

I just want to upgrade my BIOS, and in the hp website there isn't a new version.

Do you know if i can upgrade the BIOS to F.34? (supposedly just for HDX18)

Or where could i find a new version for the Insyde EFI F.32? (in their website there's no support)

I found this thread (in another forum, please excuse me), but the problem is that i haven't found a new version, if it does exists...
