VAIO FE28H BIOS for extra RAM

Hi, i'm triing to upgrade a Vaio FE28H ram from 2 to 4 GB but it recognize ram up to 2 GB. Placing extra RAM vaio  reboot just after Bios logo.
Bios is R0174J3 and itsSONY VAIO  download link is

There is possibility to unlock it for ram upgrade.

And post photos of all your available SODIMMs.

Hi, thank you for your quick response. Attached you'll find all requested info. Concerning Ram i can use 2 ram identical KBay card or 2 identical QUMOX card.

The second photo of booting with one 2GB SODIMM or two 1GB DIMM?
Have your 2GB SODIMMs chips from other side?

Hi, attached you'll find reverse side phothos of both type of ram. Using other ram, more than 2 GB, vaio restart continuously after bios logo.

Hi, i don't remove battery before installing ram. I have also a 1GB ram card, but installing it vaio restart after bios logo. now i try removing battery

installing the second ram board.... restart after bios logo, just a few cursor blink in upper left corner, then turn off.
entering in setup bios detect 3072 MB RAM
