Hello Jay_Kay1100,

Run the attached program (Universal BIOS Backup Toolkit 2.0) as administrator and upload the result file please. You may need to temporarily disable your Anti-Virus software in order to run this program properly. Be sure to close your web browser and any online games or torrent applications before you do this. This file is safe and I have used it many times before.
