Which utility can we use to browse a bios file (phoenix) in windows? (preferably a portable one)

I am talking about accessing my laptop's bios through windows.
I just want to browse the menus of different phoenix bios files

There is no unified one for both UEFI and Legacy BIOS.

You need at least two utilities. They are portable, but not very convenient because their principle of work is primitive. Basics of usage as well as download links can be found in this topic.

In case I didn't explain it correctly, I am looking for a "bios emulator" inside windows where I can browse their menus as it is in real environment and take screenshots

In the past, I had installed one such a utility but that was many years ago and I don't remember it

Like PBE utility? But it doesn't work with UEFI and I don't know any that does.
