Xeon 5440 on ga-ep35-ds3r - need bios mod, microcodes

Hello, can anyone help me with a modded bios for Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3R ?

i really cant find a bios from another identical card that is working with Xeon... even more, they all think i-m an idiot, tryng to put a xeon on 775
i cant make screenshots eyther... i cant install any OS...

Now it-s an Xeon E5440 SLBBJ on it.... and with a modded bios from internet its reacting pretty bad.

sometimes freezing right after power on, with the logo image...
sometimes cant go in bios settings, de Delete buton its not doing anithing..
when its finally working, when i install 7, it freezes right in the end, after instalation, at the Starting windows screen
when installing 8, i have an error of "corupted system files... " or something like that

can someone help me to find the right bios, pls ?

pls, any sugest will be verry helpful, i-m stuck, right now...

after clearing cmos, bios looks like its ok... but at installing an OS, i have an error, can-t install on this disk, check the controller from bios...

after loading optimized defoults, in bios, after PC reset, the vents went on, but nothing on the screen, i have to reset the bios agayn... on and on..

I quited tryng with modded bios (for microcodes) from internet... i had no luck

Eventually, i flashed a modded bios with no microcodes, just the newest sata, rada, network, i needit my pc to get it back working : F5b

everithing ok, seeyng all 4 core... but, offcourse, without the SSE4

so, pls, if anyone can help me with a modded one, with microcodes, i-d be verry grateful
