acer 7740 vbios request as well as 64bit flash tool

hello there i have an acer aspire 7740g with an ati 5650 1 gb gddr3 i have two requests im looking for the phoenix bios with the unlocked intel tab but i need it in a 64bit exe as the one that i saw was only for 32 bit windows 7 i am also in need of the over volted vbios for the ati 5650 i was directed here because i saw some users who had one and were flashing there gpus to support 1.1 and 1.2 volts im well aware of the risks and what not so don't need the usual you shouldn't do this blah blah since i wont be going to nuts just want to get the gpu at 700 mhz at 1.1 temps on my unit are really kool even with my i7 720 qm 40 degree idles on gpu and 39 on cpu so all good wont even peak at 70 on the gpu at full load highest i have got it is 75 so 1.1 volts or 1.2 is okay anyway can anyone provide me the link to the modded vbios and also send me the 64bit bios

Just extract the ROM or the WPH file and copy it to the 64Bit flash tool ........ and no overclocking options available in notebooks as its limited by the hardware not the BIOS .

would you mind sending me the 64bit exe with the modded bios i tried that and it keeps the old one its odd id really apreciate it
