asking for help about a bios

Hi everyone and sorry if its the wrong section, but i've been looking and i didnt found which bios is that (if award, insyde, ami or phoenix), so if it's inappropriate, again sorry and delete it... i'm asking for help for a itx motherboard which is DH67CF that was sold as working, but it's bios bricked... i have the ch341a but it can't find which chip is that and i can't flash the bios because of a .bio extention... now, i can solder another chip with the same size (that is 32mbit) and flash it via ch341a? and how can i extract the rom, from that .bio file? thanks in advance and sorry if i did something wrong   ps: if needed, i can share the file
