asus p5p43t-si unlock overclocking and voltage controls

performed the 771 to 775 mod on this mob used the x5460. I have updated the bios to the newest version 0405 and updated the microcode. bios are AMI v02.61 says 1985-2010 at the bottom of screen. I have seen screen shots of the asus p5p43t that has the same v02.61 but the dates at the bottom are 1985-2009. from what i can see the p5p43t-si and p5p43t bios are the same other than the ai tweaker.

hi   can i overclock my p5p43t si board with no ai tweaker?
