asus ux510uw custom bios wanted

i have this laptop and its great but there are a few key issues that i need help with since i do not have the skill set. i need it to

• boot up in num lock 
  makes it easier to type key in with num pad
  
• make function key like volume and screen brightness default and use fn key to use f1, f2, ect
  

id like to think these are simple requests and i think they are worth 20 bucks if completed successfully 

it would be cool as all [censored] to have a always on usb port but i understand there are limitations

please help!
