dell xps 600 bios unlock and update

Hello gurus! I am in need of a bios unlock and update for my dell xps 600. The dell bios is seriously lacking and I need overclocking options if unlock able as more hardware options. Any options would be appreciated.

The latest's dell xps 600 bios is on there site a11.
The computers a complete rebuild,
new case,
new psu,
new dedicated card,
raid 0 on 2x new hdds,
new cpu cooler,
new ram 4gbs,
and windows 7 64 bit.

A bios update would be perfect for me at the moment and is about all I need to complete this little masterpiece. I've put alot of work into the comp and whether it's updating the NVidia mediashield (which I saw you guys have on your site) or anything that you guys can think of for me would be amazing.
Cpu overclocking and memory controls if possible or even fan controlling.
Any options will do.
