hp 14-dq6002na raised power limits wanted

hello can anyone modify the bios to allow the n150 in the hp 14-dq6002na to stay at 15w rather than the 9w limit? ive tried with throttlestop and at 15w temperatures never get above 67 Celsius but the bios often overrides it so could do with a modded bios that will allow it to stay at 15w im fine with the reduced battery life.
