hello guys,
please,were can i unlock "insyde h 20 bios @ HP Pavilion dv 8 1050eg .
sorry my english is not so good,because im german

Ok friend,
try this ones are two version cause Swapping Method, one for Advanced Menu Tab and other for Power Menu Tab, in this Mod there is Swapping Diagnostics with Advanced and then with Power !
You can flash every one of these save settings and change again without lose any parameters saved into NVRAM !
It's like a Sliding Doors and You can change Bios Version without problem !

ok,i have downloaded this 2 files.whats next step? i have winrar,can i exract this ...ok i exract this 2 files.what for is the ADV (Advanced Menu Tab)and PWR(PowerMenu Tab)??

There are two files then will be two folders and into any one there is Bios with InsydeFlash, so use InsydeFlash to write Bios Modded into Eeprom !
sp49106_SLIC_NWL_ADV.rar (2.97 MB) as the name Advanced Tab
sp49106_SLIC_NWL_PWR.rar (2.97 MB) as the name Power Tab
As I explained above You can write the first and do some settings then save ! Write second and do yet settings variations, so save and all
settings wil stay into NVRAM without problems !

There are two files then will be two folders and into any one there is Bios with InsydeFlash, so use InsydeFlash to write Bios Modded into Eeprom !

hey ,
i have problems !! i have install sp49106_SLIC_NWL_ADV.rar and my lp reboot,but nothing !! it stats to the windows logo and reboot,than start load windows data and reboot,thn start and load windows data.........
in the bios sttings i go to ADVANCE than IDE ...but bios crash.all settings there i make is korrekt..
now i use a windows 8 usb stick and ..look.  i hope i can load windows 8 and than i use sp49106_SLIC_NWL_PWR.rar (2.97 MB)
????

Ok friend,
I gave a Bios using my infos on your laptop, but may be It's wrong !
So let me know your Laptop Specifications and post the HP upgrade page for your Bios so I can get more infos !
Don't touch anything other as I don't know which will be esit !
I will wait your data

my lp info:
hp pavilion dv 8 1050eg

but new hardware is
ssd:toshiba 256GB Qseries (SYSTEM)
2.HDD sataIII (STORE for movies pcs and all other )
and 8gb ram 10666 ??
when i will install or repair (i cant nothing,f8 yes,but no repair o.a.on boot menü comes this one "Error code 0xc0000225 "
but i have install a linux knoppixn7,2 on liv,cd this runs.know it is questionable whether it install on SSD ?? i do it ?!?!

my experiment with linux is nothing ;( i think i can linux can run on cd (LIVE) than i install it on hdd..but [censored] its not working !!!

when i install file from hp 60844.exe i have on my usb flash 1 order "Hewlett-Packard" in this one are 3 "BIOS" BIOS-UPDATE" and "System Diag
ok i have it,with the usb flash drive !! but when i boot from usb comes ; press any key to boot from usb...... fbut than ??? nothing

Fail...its now running the USB flash.!!!can you make me please a data where i can copy in the stick ??
I habe tested the complete Hardware.its OK.
I can go in the BIOS setup but no and thats the one ,in Aadvance the IDE settings.Than hang over
