You need to upload a dump of your bios. Do you know how to do that?

Ok. The file you attached is not a BIOS dump. Run this program (download and run dump.bat as administrator) https://katfile.com/6py91t31jrt8/fpt12.rar.html, and post the results here.

Ok. We'll try something different. Go to start, type run, click on run, type hwinfo32, and on the large window on left side, expand motherboard and find ME area, inside that get the ME Firmware version. Tell me what ME firmware version you have.
