My experiences: 
I personally have soldering skill.
I have managed to unbrick my router using serial connection, twice.
I have some beginner level experience with Arduino  and Paralax development boards.
 
I am stating this to tell you I am not afraid to brake and then attempt to fix it.

The reason why I need to this is. I live in Brooklyn, NY. Wireless 2.4Ghz is extremely saturated. This laptop came with Qualcomm Atheros AR956x which only supports 2.4Ghz. Which became completely unusable in me neighborhood. This laptop's service manual stated that this laptop comes with few other Wireless adapters only one of them supported 5Ghz. That was "Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260" I bought it form ebay. The laptop states Unsupported wireless. please remove it.

Yes, i can remove whitelist but you must provide me bios dump using SPI Programmer.
All new laptops have bios rewrite protection so Programmer is last chance to flash mod.
