I think my yoga 3 has insydeh20 bios although not 100 per cent sure.  I bought this secondhand and put a bios password on it when i got it.  Old veteran here and its been a few yrs and my windows 7 crashed so wanted to reinstall 7 but alas i can not for the life of me remember the password so I can change boot order.   I am a rookie at this so if it is not insyde bios but pheonix I apologize.  I just would love to know if there is a way around it or do i have to buy a new motherboard or just have a big paperweight.

i would run it if I could but my win 7 on it only loads about halfway then stops so I can not get into it. It freezes at the point where the little lights move around on the screen while loading. And without access to bios I can not change the boot order

Ok mate,
You can use a LiveUSB Win7 x32 version and then run all tools You need !
Try to find Hireen's Boot CD or DLC.Boot.2015 or Hiren's Boot DVD 15.2 Restored Edition 1.1 (January 2013)
All these LiveUSB will save the life anytime !
