AMIBCP worked well in this case thanks? i did all that so i can have an attempt to overclock my panel Hz but seems i wont be able to ?

Panel Hz, you mean LCD Panel? That can be overclocked in windows, not by BIOS. You are not going to gain anything by that except corrupted screen or tearing, unless you know the panel can to 120 or 14x HZ etc. Normal panel can only run few HZ more than stock, otherwise it's tearing, so not really worth trying that even.

yes the Hz i successfully achieved 66Hz for 60Hz but thought i can get more if i can disable intel gpu by any means and only run on nvidia or kinda oncrease power input but nothing is avilable
