optiplex 390 needs ivy bridge support

Sorry to revive a dead thread, but would it be possible to drop support for SB to save space on the chip and add support for IVY? I have an Optiplex 390 with an i7-2600 and an i5-3550s that I want to use instead. My BIOS chip reads
