[request] ASUS Prime H310M-D BIOS editing

I am trying to modify my motherboard BIOS, but I am still newbie to do that.
What exactly I want to do is to remove the multiplier limit.
The BIOS does not allow me to change multiplier out of stock values because it is H310 chip which does not allow overclocking.
I also want to reveal BCLK adjustment option which is maybe hidden but only monitored.
I am also thinking about disabling Intel ME completely, but I can do that myself later after this.

I want from experts the right tools and advises to achieve what I want and I would appreciate every little help.

I tried to find a proper version of AMIBCP to reveal hidden Ai Overclock Tuner which BCLK adjustment should be under it, but I couldn't so if someone can share a proper version for aptio V will be appreciated, thx.
