[request] Motion CL 900 remove WAN whitelist

Hello,
It is only possible to buy this Motion CL 900 with a Gobi 3K-Card (VID:1199/PID:9011) factory installed and no way to add it later - I've
an old Sierra Gobi 2K (sorry no PID - seems something from 9001 up to 9009),
which I want to use (only GPS-Part).

Without card the BIOS setting page "Internal Devices" shows
"No Device"
with installed wrong card
"Device Lock"

I know that this tablet is exotic...

I tried to change the VID/PID, but my way will not work:

loaded FD File in EzH2O 2.1.0.13
used winHEX to load app from memory
searched and found "99 11 11 90"
changed to "99 11 01 90"
and saved the file in EzH20.

But the result is exactly the same - no changes in the fd-file.

Any hints?
