router r86s sriov support

this bios show sriov config in bios , but enable ,system not sriov support, hyperv not show sriov in virtual switch , i dont know what happen on this Ship bios , vt-d? iommu?
need help fix this bios

1. I don't understand sr-iov enough ,but i google it a while ,i got the necessary conditions to enable sr-iov are os support ,bios support ,device support and driver support. Maybe you ignore one of them??

2. Does this bios dump is made from programmer??

3.You can't see option "Above 4G Decoding" under Advanced >>PCI Subsystem Settings ,right??
