Ok I replied in PM your is an AMI APTIO (Phoenix/Ami hybrid) bios and slic 2.1 it's possible here :

It's working I hope, You have to flash from CLI in windows (disable UAC before), or You have to use AFUdos (not included) using an USB Dos Formatted bootable and copying all files into
replacing AFUwin.exe with AFUDos.exe, boot from USB and run AFUDOS R3110Y0.ROM /P /B /N /E .
