2.Bring laptop and f.05 mod to repair service and ask it to flash bios.

Are you sure you provided them modded bios not original?
We still can try 2 ways:
1.Flash mod with Intel FPT from USB.
2.Change hidden options using Falseclock's method.

I'm not sure whether I took modded or original
Service center will not work with bios that I brought in usb they are downloaded bios from hp website they tried with all versions of the BIOS for my laptop to try to open the advanced menu but they told me that my bios in any version does not have the advanced menu and can not be done.I returned to f.o5
why not try these two ways,what I need and what I have to do

It seems your last chance is HW SPI Programmer +Pomona Clip.
But you should desold bios chip, i think.
New HP bioses are not moddable at this time or requires more deep knowledge in codding.
