unlocked bios HP

been searching the web for days for a solution. i need to unlock my HP bios so i have the freedom to do as i wish with the machine ie overclocking/under volting and what not. i understand that its not easy but i will donate if i get some results as i do with my friends on xda. my machine details are
HP pavilion touchsmart 15 notebook pc
bios F.12
AMD quad core A8 4555m acc processor
find attached my bios (i think) to do the deeds if possible. thanks in advance

thanks for the quick response. after you have made the changes do i just install as normal or do i need to flash via usb? just so i can prepare myself.

just a quick look and found this
Execute this under windows and create a HP_TOOLS UEFI boot usb stick.
Obtain the latest BIOS update for your laptop (unpack .exe file with 7zip, need files like 0367x.fd)
Run phoenixtool on the bios you wish to recover.
- If you have multiple .fd files, pick the one with the number closest to the number (example Rev: 3672-100)
You will get two files from phoenixtool...
- RSA.SIG
- <BIOS>.fd.DEC
Place both of these files on the usb stick at Hewlett-Packard/Bios/Current
- RSA.SIG -> <BIOS>.SIG
- <BIOS>.fd.DEC -> <BIOS>.BIN
For example:
- 03672.fd.DEC -> 03672.BIN
- RSA.SIG -> 03672.SIG
Shut down your laptop, plug the USB stick, hold win + B and power on. (I removed HDD for safety mileyhappy:
Wait for the system bios to flash.
i know its not the same file but the same should apply im guessing

i dont know which one to edit, last time i tried programming/editing was over 13 years ago. im a complete noob to the new computer software used now, i shall try and find out though via Mr Google.
