updating the phoenix bios

I've got a Motherboard Acer Aspire E380 ID 12/29/2006-MCP61M-AM-6A61KE11C-00 CPU Type DualCore AMD Athlon 64 X2, 2200 MHz (11 x 200) 4200+
that I would like to update the bios on.
Biosagentplus tells me: there is an update Typehoenix
BIOS Dateecember 29th, 2006
BIOS IDPhoenix - Award WorkstationBIOS v6.00PG
BIOS OEM:R01-B1
Chipset:Unknown SuperIO:Unknown Make/Model:Unknown
Is this bios OC capable?
Now I'm new to this - it'll be the first time i flash a bios 
my question is where do I find and download this bios and how do I flash it?
Aida64 tells me: System BIOS is more than 2 years old. Update it if necessary.
                   Video BIOS is more than 2 years old. Update it if necessary.
The PC is not new and I'm not going to use a lot of money on it so I'd like to get the bios for free.

I was kind of hoping you could help me there because the program Biosagentplus just tells me there is an update and charge money to install. It doesn't tell where i can find it
