I dont have firmware update as an option in security.

It is actually non exsistant at all in any of the menu options...

A06 & A07 are Signed Firmwares. Once such firmware is flashed, you cannot update the BIOS to a version that does not contain a valid digital signature.
When you run the flasher, it write firmware into memory, not into EPROM.
You need a hardware programmer to flash unsigned BIOS.

So basically i am stuck.
And i need to get a different Xeon Processor.

Do you know what the Best Xeon Processor is that is supported by my machine?

If you can flash the mod from this page, then your BIOS will have all needed microcode.
