From Rar file You downloaded , when extract it into folder You'll find a readme.txt and following instructions , then You'll make the bios modified.
I have prepared for You, so extract from here :

•(1) - Prepare and USB Stick to boot from using Rufus tool (included, look it folder [1]).

•(3) - Copy all files from folder [4] to the root of your USB DOS drive as well (I uploaded this folder for You above)

•(4) - Boot from your USB DOS drive, when you see the command prompt type BIOS and hit enter.
Wait until the BIOS is flashed (you can safely ignore warnings about non-existing regions).

•(5) - Go to the BIOS setup menu, load the default settings, apply and reboot.
Done.

I made a wrong name edit
So rename this file "bios.mos.bin" as bios.mod.bin
and use try again
