Unsupported OS! I tried to install bios mod with Windows 10 and Windows 7 not working . Any suggestions? Tank you!

This is the error

You have to prepare an USB Stick DOS Bootable using RUFUS tool and
then copy all files from modified folder into !
Boot form USB Stick in Pure DOS env. and execute FLASH.BAT

EDIT: I moded it by myself with the

"CodeRush Tool"

and added in "Patches.txt" these rows for BIOS "5ECN96WW":
