now i have v9.01 and it do not do it well with my SSD+1TB HDD in dvd bay. In bios v3 it do it nice (power up, once from five times cant boot... i must replug that bay and next i boot to windows...)
That v3 i have from backup same notebook (20150, i5, 8gb, 1TB like me)
i try to flash but i cant find way for it

Have You Oriinal Bios Installer file v.37 ?
If You have It then upload It here please and I will modify to reflash
original !
Otherwise You can only use Intel FPT to reflash Bios Region only !

It is v37 from original file but i dont know, if it is for 20150 or 2689, 20157.... file what i upload before, it is from same model. Meybe its not important but i dont wanna brick my laptop :/

Thank you so much for quick response however I received 252 error: image file "bios.bin" not found. It is strange because there is bios.bin file in Modified folder
While I checked with dir command names in modified it shows bios~1.bin I am wondering if this is a clue??? Under windows 7 ultimate file name shows in a correct form - bios.bin

Update from pure DOS with USB-bootable stick

Use RUFUS Google for It !
Copy the "Modified" folder contents into the stick and boot in DOS mode (Boot
from USB Stick in DOS env. into a CLI C:\) and then Run Flash.bat to update.

Bios 5E are a thing and 62 are different and It's not possible to write on
5E a 62 !!!
So to came back from 5ECN967WW to 5ECN37WW is possible but not
from 5ECN96WW to 62CN37WW !!!
So let me know

Oh sorry, my mistake! 62 was in official Lenovo site... So i need 5ECN file from original, not from other notebook, right?

actually I cannot find Original Installer Lenovo File so We can only try reflash
Bios c.37 using the Intel FPT tool, may be EC code will be dialigned but It would work
same way !
