So coming to the end of the story:
hardware id for my " Software Raid" are:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2822&SUBSYS_B0001458&REV_00
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2822&SUBSYS_B0001458
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2822&CC_010400
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2822&CC_0104
and it is ICH10 board so as, full respect to Fernando, recommended will be as follow:

"Recommended, by Fernando, Intel RAID ROM versions:
Intel RST RAID ROM v11.2.0.1527 = best choice for Intel ICH7R/8R/9R/10R Chipset RAID systems (matching RAID driver: Intel RST v11.2.0.1006), best performant ROM for all RAID0 users"

with drivers

as he recommends:
"Intel RST drivers v11.2.0.1006
(dated 05/30/2012, recommended for all AHCI/RAID users with an Intel Southbridge from ICH7R/M up, usable with all Windows Operating Systems from XP up): " OFC modded by Fernando, CPL0 aka Dufus and their pack.

but there is the second option as win 10 chosen 13.6.0.1002 drivers should be compatible and logical to go for
OROM 13.xxxxxx, it is a bit messy with code numbers and I am on it in Fernando site for to clear this.

BTW.: can you advise me how to download properly my actual Bios and post it there to check what is inside working config I have now?

Yes, I am unsure which orom/driver combo is best for you to pick, other than the "Suggested" best there, and I'm sure if you ask him he will suggest exactly as he's written there as it's not outdated info, he keeps up with all that daily. Newer is not always better, neither is latest or what's newer just because it's compatible either

On your last question, do you mean motherboard BIOS? If yes, it's posted already in your first post, if that is what you flashed to the motherboard that is what is in there now, it wont change until you flash it again. Meaning dumped/backed-up BIOS will be exact same, no need to waste your time, but if you want to do it you can go into Qflash inside the BIOS and choose backup BIOS to file.

No this was suggested bios from another website for this mobo in relation to "easier overclockable" than F12e, I did not flash it, just keep for this transformation and to start finding the best solution for mine hardware.
So it would be best to download this what I have on the mobo to compare working < > improved and recognise the threat of "improvement.

Well this is all old BIOS/motherboard, so any advices may be outdated or only apply to certain users/hardware etc.

If you have not flashed the BIOS version you linked, or the latest BIOS version, please look in CPU-z motherboard tab and see what BIOS version is shown, I can then edit that version for you. If that is what you want to do, up to you?

I already mentioned how to do that, using Qflash from within the BIOS, choose backup/save BIOS to file.
