Toshiba Equium L300

Hello
I've seen that was done before but all links are dead and I don't expect someone still keeps binaries somewhere.

Model : Toshiba L300-146 PSLB2E
BIOS TYPE: INSYDE
BIOS LINK: http://support1.toshiba-tro.de/tedd-file...121710.zip

I can't figure out how to overwrite SLIC v1 by SLIC v2.1 (or split and extract BIOS only) because not touched BIOS is unavailable. 
For some reason BIOS modified by me doesn't work (even if notebook is still alive after flashing, but windows was dead after that)
